This challenging 9.999-kilometer circular hiking route in the Gias Milone area offers stunning views and various points of interest along the way. The trail starts at a parking area and soon after, you'll come across the Rifugio Salvin alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments.
As you continue on the trail, you'll pass by Colle Perascritta, a picturesque saddle that offers a great spot for taking in the surrounding natural beauty. About 4.64 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach a peak called Punta Gias Vej. Although it's a bit off the trail, the view from this peak is definitely worth the extra effort.
Further along the route, you'll encounter another saddle and a few historic wayside shrines that add a cultural element to your hike. Be sure to stop by these shrines and take a moment to appreciate their significance.
