This challenging 7.185-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the beautiful Penya del Cucut area. The trail starts at the parking area, so make sure to park your vehicle there. As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the archaeological site of castell de Cervelló around 1.08 kilometers from the start. This historic site is a great spot to learn about the area's past.
As you continue on the trail, you'll reach Penyes del Rector, a rocky formation located 0.34 kilometers from the start. The viewpoint at 1.17 kilometers offers stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Make sure to take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the landscape.
Midway through the hike, at around 3.53 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter Penya del Cucut, a peak that provides breathtaking views of the area. Nearby, Balma del Cucut, a cave entrance, is located at 3.48 kilometers from the start. These natural attractions add an adventurous element to your hike.
Throughout the trail, you'll also come across several historic ruins, such as barraca de pedra seca 15661 at 1.99 kilometers from the start, barraca de pedra seca 2234 at 2.06 kilometers, and barraca de pedra seca 3700, although not directly on the trail.
