This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with stunning natural beauty and historical significance. The trail is 4.906 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 247 meters, making it relatively easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.
Your journey begins at the parking area near the trailhead. As you start your adventure, you'll come across a lovely picnic site about 0.4 kilometers into the hike, where you can take a break and enjoy a snack while surrounded by nature.
About 2.43 kilometers into the trail, you'll encounter the historic battlefield of Mishlat 21, offering a glimpse into the area's past. Continuing onwards, at around 2.45 kilometers, you'll find the "Ein Masila" natural spring. This is a perfect spot to rest and replenish your water supply, but remember to treat or filter the water before drinking.
Midway through the hike, at 0.4 kilometers, you'll find a drinking water station to refill your bottles and stay hydrated. Further along the trail, at the 0.4 kilometers mark, you'll reach the "Andarta Machal" memorial site, a place to pay respects and learn about the brave individuals it commemorates.
As you near the end of the route, approximately 2.37 kilometers in, you'll come across another memorial site, "Mishlat 21," adding another layer of historical significance to your hike. Finally, at the endpoint of the trail, located at the "Tzefit Al Sha'ar HaGai" viewpoint, you'll be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding valley, offering a perfect finale to your hiking experience.
