This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Col di Piero, offering stunning views and challenging terrain.

Starting off at a designated parking area, you will embark on a 5.979-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 884 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. Be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks, and check the weather forecast before setting out.

Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, there is a shelter where you can take a break and rest. As you continue, you will encounter a natural spring approximately 1.13 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing spot to refill your water bottle.

At around 2.99 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak known as Col di Piero, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. Here, you can take in the beauty of the landscape and snap some memorable photos.

Further along the trail, at approximately 2.21 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Additionally, there are two drinking water stations along the route, one at 0.98 kilometers and the other at 1.47 kilometers from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your journey.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point. Be prepared for a total duration of approximately 3 hours and 35 minutes.
