The Bohlenweg hiking route is a challenging 7.3 kilometers long trail with no elevation gain. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at a parking area with no fees. Before embarking on this hike, make sure to bring an adequate water supply as there are three water sources along the trail, located at distances of approximately 3.65, 3.62, and 3.65 kilometers from the start, respectively.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a bench at 0.85 kilometers into the hike, providing a nice spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. Continuing on, after approximately 2.08 kilometers, you will find another bench along the trail for additional resting opportunities.

This route is suitable for seasoned hikers due to its length, so be prepared for a strenuous trek. Before setting off, remember to check the weather forecast to ensure a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience.
