This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area around Skalka, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The 10.64-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 146 meters is rated as difficult, so be prepared for a strenuous trek.

Starting off at the parking area near Hrušov, you'll embark on your journey towards Prostredný vrch. Around 4.65 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across this informative point of interest. Continuing on, at the 5.1-kilometer mark, you'll reach the peak known as Skalka, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Along the way, make sure to stay hydrated and carry enough water, as well as snacks to keep your energy up. Checking the weather forecast before heading out is always a good idea, as conditions can change quickly in the mountains.

As you make your way back, don't miss the viewpoint located approximately 5.1 kilometers from the start, offering a spectacular vista to reward your efforts. Finally, return to the parking area where you began your circular hike.
