This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Cima Alta area, offering stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The trail covers a distance of 6.525 kilometers with an elevation gain of 466 meters, making it a moderate level hike.

Starting off the trail, you will come across a picturesque water feature just 0.04 kilometers from the beginning. As you continue onwards, at 2.23 kilometers from the start, you will reach the La Bassa Madonnina saddle, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

For those driving to the trailhead, there is a parking area conveniently located right at the beginning of the hike. Remember to bring enough water, as it is important to stay hydrated during the journey.

At around 3.26 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak of Cima Alta, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A viewpoint is also situated at the start of the trail, providing a perfect vantage point to admire the scenery.

Along the way, you will encounter informative signs at 2.28 and 2.23 kilometers from the start, providing interesting facts and details about the area. Additionally, a wayside shrine and a historic monument can be found at 2.22 and 0.33 kilometers from the start, respectively, adding a cultural touch to the hike.
