Welcome to the hiking route along the Strada per San Paolo in Belgirate! This super easy trail covers a distance of approximately 1.267 kilometers with an elevation gain of 35 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting from the trailhead, you will first come across a convenient parking area to leave your vehicle. Just a few meters away, there is an information point called "I sentieri di Belgirate" where you can learn more about the area and the trail ahead.

As you continue on the path, you will encounter a drinking water station around midway through the hike, allowing you to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated. Along the way, you will also pass by several historic wayside shrines such as "San Michele," "Crocifisso con la Madonna e i santi Giuseppe, Pietro e Matteo," and "Santa Rita," adding a cultural element to your outdoor adventure.

One of the highlights of this route is the presence of two waterfalls. The first waterfall is located approximately 630 meters into the hike, offering a refreshing sight and a perfect spot to take a break. The second waterfall, although not directly on the trail, can be found nearby and is worth a visit if you have the time.
