This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is 23.295 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 101 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will take approximately 5 hours and 38 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before embarking on your journey. Along the way, there are several water points where you can refill your water bottles, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout the hike.

At around 4.05 kilometers into the trail, you will find another parking area, providing a convenient stopping point if needed. Further along the route, there are benches available for resting and a restaurant called Gasthof Rieden located 0.19 kilometers off the trail. It's a great spot to grab a meal and take a break before continuing on your adventure.

Midway through the hike, there are more water sources where you can rest and rehydrate. Along the path, you will also encounter wayside shrines, adding a cultural touch to the natural surroundings.

As you reach the final stretch of the hike, there is a drinking water station located 0.73 kilometers from the end of the trail. This is a perfect spot to quench your thirst before completing the out-and-back route.
