This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Weg am Maierpfuhl. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 0.705 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across several points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the route, you will find a water source just 0.24 kilometers from the starting point. Further along the trail, at 0.35 kilometers, there is another water source for you to refill your bottles.

For those looking for shelter or a place to rest, there are two shelter facilities located right at the beginning of the trail, making it convenient for hikers to take a break if needed.

Additionally, there are benches placed along the trail at the start, allowing hikers to sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. Parking facilities are also available at the trailhead, with multiple options for parking your vehicle, all within close proximity to the starting point.

As you continue on the trail, you will come across a memorial site, the Gedenkstein 100. Geburtstag Kaiser Wilhelms des Großen, and the Kriegerdenkmal 1914/18, 1939/45, providing a glimpse into the historical significance of the area.
