This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning mountain views. The trail is 6.413 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 389 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route with the destination being the Refugiu Șaua Strunga.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Cabana Diana, an alpine hut located 0.22 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, about midway through, you will come across the Stana din Padina shelter, located 0.53 kilometers from the start. Near the end of the trail, at 3.21 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Refugiu Șaua Strunga shelter, which also serves as an alpine hut.

There are also amenities available along the trail, such as the Cabana Belvedere at 0.65 kilometers from the start, and a water source at 0.22 kilometers from the start. Additionally, there is a parking area located right at the start of the trail for your convenience.
