Further along the trail, you will find the Egg saddle, a popular spot for tourists to take in the scenic views. About 0.43 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the historic wayside shrine known as "alter Grenzstein".

Halfway through the hike, at 0.48 kilometers, there is a picnic site where you can stop for a snack or lunch break. As you continue on, you will reach the peak of Schöneberg at 0.75 kilometers, offering stunning panoramic views of the area.
