This extremely difficult 13.154 kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning natural beauty of the area surrounding Bassa de les Granotes.
The trail starts at a parking area and heads towards Font de Sant Maurici where you can fill up your water bottles before beginning your journey. As you continue on, you'll pass by Estany de Sant Maurici and Refugi Ernest Mallafré, where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic views.
Throughout the hike, you'll come across several water points, such as Bassa de les Granotes, Estanyol del Portarró, and other natural springs and shelters. These spots are great for resting and recharging during your challenging trek.
Information points are also scattered along the trail, providing insights into the local fauna, flora, and history of the area. Make sure to stop by Vall de l'Escrita and other points of interest to learn more about the surroundings.
