This moderate 6.323-kilometer circular hiking route in the picturesque area of Mirador de l'Estany offers stunning views and a mix of natural and man-made points of interest along the way.

Starting at the parking area, hikers will pass by the Font de Sant Maurici spring only 0.1 kilometers into the hike. As you continue on the trail, you'll reach the shelter at 0.1 kilometers. Be sure to refill your water bottles at Estanyola de Ratera, a picturesque water body located 2.5 kilometers from the start.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 3.15 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Mirador de l'Estany viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

As you trek further, you'll encounter various information points providing insights into the local flora, fauna, and history of the area. Make a stop at Vall de l'Escrita at 0.1 kilometers from the start to immerse yourself in nature.

The route also features the Cascada de Ratera waterfall located 1.62 kilometers from the start, although it may require a slight detour off the main trail.
