This challenging out-and-back hiking route will lead you to the stunning Peña Bustil in a remote area. The trail spans a distance of 10.319 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1157 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 5 hours and 16 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you will embark on your journey towards Peña Bustil. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest such as Albergue La Parada, an alpine hut located 0.04 kilometers from the trail, providing a potential resting spot. As you continue, you will pass by peaks like Pico el Convento and La Uve, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, you can take a break at Collado Cevurnal, a saddle point 4.09 kilometers from the start, before pushing onward. Be sure to refill your water supply at the spring located at the 4.31-kilometer mark to stay hydrated during your ascent.

As you approach Peña Bustil, you will be rewarded with panoramic vistas from the peak. Take in the beauty of the natural rock formations such as La Graya and Rapeles along the way.
