This challenging hiking route in the Passage du Versoud area covers a distance of approximately 10.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 659 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is around 4 hours and 10 minutes.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across various points of interest along the way. Approximately 1.4 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Auberge du Banc de l'Ours, an alpine hut where you can take a break. Further along at 1.43 kilometers, there is the Parc accrobranche, an attraction for adventure enthusiasts.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by different information points such as La route de la Nave and Belvédère du Rivet. At around 3.44 kilometers, you will reach the Pas de Montbrand, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.

For those in need of refreshment, the Le Vernay restaurant is located approximately 0.28 kilometers from the trail. Drinking water is available at the La Cote point around 2.52 kilometers into the hike.

Throughout the route, there are multiple parking areas for your convenience, both on and off the trail. It is recommended to bring enough water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike.
