Located in the picturesque Triglavska cesta area, this hiking route offers a challenging yet rewarding outdoor adventure. The 8.55 kilometers long trail with an elevation gain of 1007 meters is classified as difficult, suitable for experienced hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across the majestic Peričnik waterfall, located just 0.33 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. The trail continues, passing by a viewpoint at 0.21 kilometers, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the Koča pri Peričniku alpine hut, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Additionally, there is a parking area available at the beginning of the trail for easy access.

Further along the route, at 4.28 kilometers, you will encounter another viewpoint offering stunning vistas of the area. As you progress, you will witness the impressive Zgornji Peričnikov slap waterfall at 0.33 kilometers from the trail, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings.
