Welcome to the hiking route near Vielle-Aure, a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find a parking area for your convenience. About 0.08 kilometers from the start, you can visit the Refuge du Lac d'Aubert - Néouvielle, a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Continuing on the trail, at around 0.13 kilometers from the start, you will find the Zone de Bivouac du Lac d'Aubert campsite, providing a peaceful spot for camping amidst nature. Along the way, you will also encounter several water bodies such as Lac Supérieur, Lac de L'Île, and other smaller lakes, offering picturesque views for you to admire.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 2.37 kilometers from the start, you will reach Col d'Aumar, a notable saddle along the trail. Here, you can take a moment to rest and appreciate the panoramic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, at 2.36 kilometers from the start, there is a viewpoint where you can take in the scenic beauty from a different perspective.
As you make your way back towards the starting point, you can stop by the Abri hivernal du lac d'Aubert, a wilderness hut located about 0.08 kilometers from the start, providing a cozy shelter for hikers.
