This hiking route will lead you to the stunning Hoher Gallin area, offering beautiful views and a moderate challenge. The trail covers a distance of 6.75 kilometers with an elevation gain of 334 meters, taking approximately 2 hours and 23 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey on the trail. Just 0.28 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. Further along at 0.29 kilometers, you will find an information point to learn more about the area.

As you continue on, at 0.62 kilometers into the hike, there is a water source nearby. Make sure to refill your water bottles here to stay hydrated throughout the hike. Around 0.95 kilometers into the hike, you will find another water source not directly on the trail.

Midway through the hike, at 1.11 kilometers, another bench is available for a quick break before continuing on. At 3.24 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Hoher Gallin viewpoint and peak. This is a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Additionally, at 3.24 kilometers, there is a picnic site nearby where you can stop for a meal or snack. Along the trail at 0.29 kilometers, you will come across the Tschachonigkreuz wayside shrine, adding a touch of historical and cultural significance to your hike.
