This extremely difficult hiking route takes you to Passo di Lei, following the Sentiero Alpe Piangesca-Passo di Lei trail for a total distance of 15.57 kilometers with an elevation gain of 2449 meters.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. About 7.74 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source that is located right on the trail, providing a perfect spot to rest and refill your water bottle.
Continuing on, at around 7.79 kilometers from the start, you will come across Bivacco Chiara e Walter, an alpine hut and shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the views. Nearby, there are additional water sources both on and off the trail.
