This hiking route will take you to Champa Devi, a peak known for its stunning views. The trail starts in an area with a variety of cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a cup of coffee before starting your journey.
As you make your way along the 9.5-kilometer trail, you'll pass by Taudaha Lake, a serene body of water just 0.09 kilometers from the start. Further along the route, at 0.87 kilometers, you'll come across Leelas Eco Café, a sustainable spot to refuel.
The hike gains 948 meters in elevation, making it a challenging trek suitable for experienced hikers. Along the way, you'll also encounter a water reservoir for KRMEF fields at 0.91 kilometers from the start.
At the halfway point, 4.76 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the summit of Champa Devi, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks, as this is a strenuous hike with a duration of approximately 4 hours and 34 minutes.
