Welcome to the Olaiko gaina hiking route!

Located in a beautiful natural area, this easy 4.163-kilometer out-and-back trail offers hikers a chance to enjoy stunning views and explore interesting points of interest along the way.

Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, hikers will make their way through the peaceful surroundings, with the peak of Olaiko gaina in sight. After approximately 2.08 kilometers, you'll reach Olaiko gaina peak, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing on, you'll come across the Letabide saddle at around 0.33 kilometers from the start, providing a nice resting spot to take in the scenery. Further along the trail, at about 1.26 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the archaeological site of Dolmen Arkutxa, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, be sure to stop by Dolmen Olaiko, located approximately 1.63 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, for another interesting archaeological site experience.

With an elevation gain of 217 meters, this hike is rated as easy and is suitable for hikers of all levels. Be sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
