Schella is a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes and tranquil surroundings. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 2.779 kilometers and an elevation gain of 235 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead. Make sure to park your vehicle securely before setting off on the trail. Along the way, you will encounter informative signposts providing details about the area's flora, fauna, and history, enriching your hiking experience.

During your hike, you will find multiple water sources scattered along the trail, with the closest one being approximately 1.39 kilometers from the start. These water points offer a refreshing break and a chance to refill your water bottles, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your trek.

As you continue on the trail, you will reach another water source at around 1.38 kilometers from the start, followed by a third one at the same distance point. These pitstops provide a perfect opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding you.

For your convenience, a drinking water station is located near the trail, approximately 176 meters away. Feel free to refill your water supply here before embarking on the return journey.
