Welcome to the hiking route on the Autoroute du Soleil. This circular route offers a 6.415 kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 135 meters, taking approximately 1 hour and 49 minutes to complete. The difficulty level is rated as moderate, so be prepared for a bit of a challenge.

Starting at the parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail, hikers will pass by an informative spot about 3.16 kilometers into the hike. Here, you can take a break on a bench located nearby while learning more about the area. Moving along the trail, at the same distance point, you will come across a beautiful water feature where you can replenish your water supply.

Further along the route, at a distance of 0.58 kilometers from the start, you'll find the historic monument known as La Maison. This is a great spot to learn about the history of the area and maybe grab a bite to eat at the nearby restaurant.

As you continue on, approximately 0.82 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Chantoir de Kin, a cave entrance worth exploring if you're feeling adventurous. Just be sure to stay on the trail and follow any safety guidelines in place.
