This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Feuerspitze peak, covering a distance of 18.596 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1406 meters. The total duration for this challenging hike is estimated to be around 7 hours and 49 minutes.

Located in a scenic area with stunning natural beauty, the trail starts at an informational point at Kaiseralpe parking. As you set off on the journey, you will come across various points of interest that add to the charm of the hike.

Approximately 2.57 kilometers from the starting point, you will find a convenient bench to rest and take in the surroundings. Further along the trail, at 1.24 kilometers, there is a captivating waterfall that offers a refreshing sight.

At around 6.43 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a water body, perfect for a peaceful break before continuing your ascent towards Feuerspitze peak. As you trek higher, a saddle known as Kälberlahnzugjoch presents itself at 6.99 kilometers, providing a scenic spot to pause and appreciate the panoramic views.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 8.08 kilometers, you'll reach another saddle called Stierlahnzugjoch before proceeding towards the highlight of the journey, the Feuerspitze peak, located at 9.3 kilometers.

Throughout the hike, ensure you stay hydrated and carry an ample water supply, as the length and elevation gain make this trail physically demanding. Additionally, it is advisable to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging adventure to be well-prepared for the conditions.
