Welcome to the Schlossberg hiking route!

Located in a picturesque area, this easy 3.456-kilometer circular trail offers stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way.

Starting from the parking area, you will embark on a pleasant hike through the forest. As you make your way, you'll come across various landmarks such as the Schlossberg peak and Burg Höhingen castle. Don't forget to stop by the Hofacker-Kreuz information point and enjoy the viewpoints along the trail.

The trail is relatively easy with a total elevation gain of 70 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels. However, it's always important to pack essentials such as water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.

As you reach the midway point, you'll find the Ebnet information point and Schlossberg-Krüttacker, offering additional insights into the area's history and geology.

On the way back, take a moment to relax at the Rebhisli shelter and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before completing the loop.
