You are embarking on an extremely difficult 23.029-kilometer circular hike that promises breathtaking views and a challenging terrain. The trail starts at a convenient parking area and leads you through the stunning wilderness of the area.
As you begin your journey, you'll pass by the Cabane de Barrassé wilderness hut, which is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings just 1.5 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail at around 4.05 kilometers, you'll encounter the Réservoir des Laquets, a serene water feature that adds to the tranquil ambiance of the hike.
Around the 7.37-kilometer mark, you'll reach Lac de L'L, a picturesque lake where you can savor the beauty of nature. As you continue your trek, you'll pass by several other water features including Lac de Cul de Gourgs and Lac de Montarouye, each offering a refreshing sight along the challenging route.
