This extremely difficult 23.029-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning Pyrenees mountain range. The trail starts at the parking area and immediately immerses you in the wilderness.
As you hike, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. About 1.5 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Cabane de Barrassé, a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. Further along the trail, at the 5.85-kilometer mark, you'll encounter Laquette de Gréziolles, a beautiful water feature that adds to the natural beauty of the area.
Midway through the hike, at around the 7.37-kilometer mark, you'll reach Lac de l'L, another stunning natural lake that offers a serene spot to rest and take in the scenery. As you continue on, you'll pass by the Réservoir des Laquets at the 4.05-kilometer mark, and several other water features, including Lac de Montarouye and Lac de Cul de Gourgs, offering plenty of opportunities to refuel and refresh along the way.
