This extremely difficult hiking route spans a distance of 12.025 kilometers with an elevation gain of 495 meters, taking an estimated duration of 4 hours and 1 minute. The trail is an out-and-back type starting at a parking area and leading to the picturesque Cascade d'Aigues-Folles.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the first parking area just 0.0 kilometers from the starting point. Approximately 3.27 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter another parking spot. For a scenic view, at 3.08 kilometers, there is a viewpoint slightly off the trail.
One of the highlights of the hike is the enchanting Cascade d'Aigues-Folles, located 6.01 kilometers from the start. This stunning waterfall named "Cascade d'Aigues-Folles" is a must-see along the trail.
Along the way, you may also spot the entrance to the Boulidou du Camp de Guerre cave (0.09 kilometers off-trail) and the Grotte du Laminoir cave (0.11 kilometers from the trail). Additionally, at 3.08 kilometers, you will find the ruins of Chapelle Saint Cyprien and at 2.99 kilometers, the peak Les Jumeaux.
