Welcome to the hiking route in Comelico Superiore. This challenging out-and-back trail spans 8.92 kilometers with an elevation gain of 634 meters, taking approximately 3 hours and 38 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will find a parking area nearby. As you begin your journey, you will pass by a picturesque water feature at 4.42 kilometers into the hike. Make sure to stay hydrated and refill your water bottles here if needed.

Continuing on, at 1.82 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Forcella Pian della Biscia, a scenic saddle point offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. Take a moment to soak in the beauty of the area before moving forward.

Around the 2.28-kilometer mark, you will encounter Campanile Colesei, a notable via ferrata that adds an exciting element to the hike. Though not directly on the trail, it is worth checking out for thrill-seekers.

As you reach the midway point, you will find Hotel Kreuzbergpass Restaurant, a perfect spot to refuel and grab a bite to eat. Take a break here before continuing your adventure.

At 4.46 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a stunning waterfall, providing a refreshing sight and a great photo opportunity. Enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings before pressing on.

On the way back, at 3.21 kilometers from the start, there is a shelter where you can rest and take a break if needed. Make use of this facility before completing the remaining stretch of the hike.
