This challenging out-and-back hiking route takes you through the scenic Chemin du Prat-de-Cèbe area, offering stunning natural beauty and historical landmarks along the way. With a total distance of 10.1 kilometers and an elevation gain of 103 meters, this hike is estimated to take around 2 hours and 35 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area located right at the beginning of the trail, you'll first come across La Croix de Mounis, a historic wayside cross situated at the very start of your journey. As you continue along the trail, about midway, you'll reach La Source, where you can refill your water supply from a natural spring named La Source.

Further along the trail, you'll encounter informational points such as Col de la Croix de Mounis and various viewpoints offering breathtaking panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape. Keep an eye out for Les Suques, a notable peak located about 4.3 kilometers from the starting point.

For a refreshing break, there are two additional springs along the way, with one at 4.5 kilometers and another at 4.7 kilometers from the start of the trail. These natural springs provide an opportunity to rest and hydrate before continuing your trek.

As you near the end of the route, remember to check out the diverse rock formations dotting the area, adding to the allure of the landscape. With a mix of natural beauty and historical significance, this hike is sure to provide a memorable outdoor experience.
