This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Carretera Riaño, Puerto de Tarna, and Caso. The 8.34-kilometer trail offers a total elevation gain of 464 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across Fuente el Grayal, a refreshing spring located 0.86 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, you will pass by Collá Gambiteros, a scenic saddle point 3.52 kilometers into the hike. Make sure to take in the breathtaking views as you reach Pico Alto Paso, a peak located 3.44 kilometers from the start, and El Cueto, another peak situated 3.82 kilometers into the trail.
