This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning Sasso Bianco peak in the beautiful alpine region. With a total distance of 8.404 kilometers and an elevation gain of 760 meters, this hike is sure to test your endurance and provide breathtaking views.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Cometti alpine hut, located just 0.48 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to rest and refuel before continuing on your journey. As you make your way up the mountain, you will come across a convenient drinking water station approximately 1.3 kilometers into the hike, allowing you to stay hydrated along the way.

Midway through the hike, at 2.94 kilometers from the start, you will find the peaceful Lago di Arcoglio, a beautiful alpine lake perfect for a quick break or a serene picnic spot. Be sure to take in the tranquility of the surroundings before continuing on towards the main attraction, Sasso Bianco peak.

Reaching the peak at 4.2 kilometers from the start, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding alpine landscape. Take your time to soak in the beauty of the area before starting your descent back to the trailhead.
