This moderate 6.63-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Zlatá Idka. The trail starts at the parking area at Zlatá Idka and follows a well-marked path that leads you through scenic viewpoints and historic sites.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the Zlatá Idka, chata VSŽ, a historic cabin that offers valuable information about the area. As you continue on, you will reach the Idčianske sedlo, a wayside cross located 2.7 kilometers from the start of the trail. This serene spot is perfect for a quick rest and to admire the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter a picnic site, perfect for refueling and enjoying a meal amidst nature. Towards the end of the trail, approximately 3.09 kilometers from the start, you will find a shelter to seek refuge if needed.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several benches strategically placed along the trail, offering hikers a chance to take a break and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, a parking area is available at the start and along the trail for convenience.

With an elevation gain of 411 meters, this hike offers a moderate challenge suitable for most hikers. Remember to bring enough water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this memorable journey through Zlatá Idka.
