This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with lush greenery and stunning landscapes. The route is an out-and-back type, spanning a distance of 8.393 kilometers with an elevation gain of 278 meters, making it a difficult trail that will challenge hikers.

As you start your journey, you'll come across "Pozo Verde" (Green Well) located just 0.08 kilometers from the trail. Although not directly on the trail, it's a refreshing natural water feature worth a short detour. Continuing on, at the trailhead, you'll find parking facilities and a cafe for any last-minute essentials or snacks before embarking on your hike.

Around 2.52 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter various natural water sources along the trail, providing opportunities to replenish and take in the serene surroundings. These water features are located at different points, with some closer to the trail than others.

Around 4.2 kilometers into the hike, there are multiple restaurants like "El Portón," "Asadero La Fuente," and "Las Dos Palmas" where you can stop for a meal or a quick break. Further ahead, at 4.18 kilometers, there's another natural water source for you to rest and recharge before heading back.

It's essential to bring an ample water supply, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting off on this challenging trek.
