This challenging 11.1-kilometer circular hiking route in Strada Pian delle Gorre offers breathtaking views and a variety of points of interest along the way. Starting at Rifugio Pian delle Gorre, an alpine hut located just 0.1 kilometers from the trailhead, hikers will embark on a journey that includes a total elevation gain of 910 meters.

As you set off, you'll pass by Parcheggio Pian delle Gorre, a parking area conveniently situated right at the beginning of the trail. About 1.38 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across an information center where you can learn more about the area. Stay hydrated with drinking water stations strategically placed at 0.08 kilometers and 2.24 kilometers from the start.

Along the way, you'll encounter several more information centers, each offering valuable insights into the surrounding landscape. About 5.27 kilometers into the hike, you'll have the opportunity to visit Testa del Duca, a peak that provides panoramic views (not directly on the trail route).

As you continue on, be sure to take advantage of the various amenities available, such as a BBQ area located close to the trail's starting point and a spring for refreshing breaks at 2.69 kilometers from the start. Additionally, a viewpoint awaits you at the end of the trail, offering a stunning vantage point to admire the scenery.
