The hike begins in the picturesque area of Solalex, where you can find parking facilities. As you venture along the trail, you'll come across various points of interest. At the beginning of your journey, you'll discover the Miroir d'Argentine restaurant and Café Restaurant de Solalex, perfect spots to grab a bite to eat before heading out. Further along, you'll encounter the Refuge Giacomini and Cabane Barraud alpine huts, providing accommodation options for weary hikers.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach the Col des Essets, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Be sure to stop by the drinking water point for a refreshing break. As you continue on, you'll pass by the Cave Entrance and several viewpoints, including Refuge de la Tour d'Anzeindaz, each offering unique perspectives of the area.
