This challenging 6.542-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful mountainous area around Cabane Barraud. The trail starts at Solalex parking, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this adventure.

Along the hike, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the charming Cabane Barraud alpine hut, a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the stunning views. Further along the route, you will encounter Miroir d'Argentine restaurant, where you can refuel with some delicious local cuisine.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by a natural water source and the Café Restaurant de Solalex, offering another opportunity to take a break and enjoy a meal. Midway through the hike, you will reach Cole de la Poreyrette, a picturesque saddle point with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
