This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural rock formations and historical landmarks. The trail is super easy, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the Hansi Holzknecht parking area, you'll begin your journey towards the Wildsaustein destination. Along the way, you'll pass by the Holzeck information point, where you can learn more about the area. As you continue, you'll come across the Kippstein rock formation and a bench to rest and take in the views.

Further along the trail, you'll encounter the wayside cross at Altarstein, followed by the impressive Augenstein rock formation. Be sure to keep an eye out for the Teufelstritt rock formation as you hike. You'll also pass by the Eselstritt rock formation, adding to the natural beauty of the area.

At the end of the trail, you'll reach the Wildsaustein destination, where you can marvel at the unique rock formations and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before heading back.

This 1.383-kilometer hike with 34 meters of elevation gain is perfect for a leisurely outdoor adventure. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before setting out. Enjoy exploring the natural wonders along this scenic route!
