This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of 8077 - מועצה אזורית עמק הירדן. With a distance of 13.603 kilometers and an elevation gain of 344 meters, this trail is considered extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area located right at the start of the trail, making it convenient for hikers to park their vehicles. Further along the path, at a distance of 0.92 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water source, allowing you to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated throughout the hike.

Along the way, at the 6.8-kilometer mark, you will encounter the impressive rock formation known as העמוד של נחל עמוד. This natural attraction serves as a great spot to take a break, snap some photos, and admire the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, at the same location, there is a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the area.

Midway through the hike, you will find Tel Hodim, an archaeological site located 0.08 kilometers from the trail. This historical site provides a glimpse into the area's rich past and is worth exploring if you have the time and energy.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back, passing by the various points of interest once again.
