This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Camino a Las lagunas de Claveles y los Pájaros. The 6.576-kilometer trail offers a challenging hike with an elevation gain of 516 meters, making it suitable for experienced hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across Laguna Chica de Peñalara, located 1.75 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This beautiful natural water feature is a perfect spot to take in the surrounding scenery.

Further along the trail, at the 3.29-kilometer mark, you will pass by several natural water sources, including several small lakes and streams. These provide a refreshing break and a chance to rest before continuing your trek.

Approximately 2.1 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area and its flora and fauna. This is a great opportunity to take a breather and gain some knowledge about the surroundings.

At the 3.05-kilometer mark, you will reach a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the area. Take a moment to soak in the beauty of the landscape before continuing on your adventure.

As you approach the midway point of the hike, at around 2.1 kilometers, you will find a bench where you can sit and enjoy a snack while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Near the end of the trail, at 2.53 kilometers, you will come across Mirador de Javier, another scenic viewpoint that offers breathtaking vistas of the area.

Although challenging, this hike offers a rewarding experience for those willing to take on the elevation gain. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
