This hiking route takes you through a beautiful alpine area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is 9.242 kilometers with an elevation gain of 611 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 3 hours and 40 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the trail, you will make your way through the picturesque landscape. Along the way, you will come across an informative wayside cross that marks the 1.82 kilometer point of the hike. Further along the trail, at the 3.51 kilometer mark, you will find another informative point with useful information about the area.

One of the highlights of the hike is the Meissner Haus, an alpine hut located 4.62 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great place to take a break, enjoy some refreshments, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

As you make your way back to the starting point, you will pass by more informative points and historical sites, adding to the overall experience of the hike.

Before embarking on this challenging hike, be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before heading out, as alpine weather can be unpredictable.
