Starting at the parking area near Trattoria il Campanile, you'll begin your journey with a gradual ascent towards Colletto del Forno. Along the way, you'll come across informative signs providing insights about the surrounding area. Keep an eye out for the Frontej picnic site located around 3.96 km into the hike, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy a meal.

As you continue on, you'll also find two drinking water stations - one at 3.96 km and another at 1.56 km from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your adventure. The trail leads you past Colletto del Forno viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the area at around 3.98 km from the start.

Be prepared for a difficult hike with 398 meters of elevation gain, suitable for experienced hikers. It's important to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before setting out on this journey.
