This hike takes place in a beautiful area with natural springs and historic sites. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 3.611 kilometers and an elevation gain of 206 meters, making it an easy route suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across 'עין בר יוחאי', a natural spring located just 0.25 kilometers from the trail's starting point. Further along the path, at around 0.65 kilometers, you will find another spring called 'עין מירון'. These spots are perfect for a quick rest and a drink of fresh water.

Around 1.18 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the archaeological site of 'חורבת שמע', offering a glimpse into the area's historic past. As you continue your journey, you will pass by 'הכנסת אורחים במירון', a fast food spot situated 0.27 kilometers from the start, ideal for a snack break.

At approximately 1.81 kilometers, you will reach 'כסא אליהו', a rock formation and tourist attraction that provides a great photo opportunity. On the way back, don't miss the memorial site 'לוח זיכרון לאסון במירון' located 0.31 kilometers from the start.
