Further along the route, you will come across the Edelrautehütte, an alpine hut where you can take a rest and enjoy some traditional Austrian cuisine. The Scheibelalm is another alpine hut on the route where you can stop for a snack and replenish your energy.

One of the highlights of the hike is the Hauseck peak, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the area. Nearby, you will find a drinking water source and a spring to refill your water bottles.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several information points where you can learn more about the area and its wildlife. Make sure to check the weather forecast before starting the hike and bring plenty of water and snacks to keep you fueled along the way.

As you reach the end of the route at Grüne Lacke, located at an elevation of 2137 meters, take some time to admire the beautiful lake and relax before heading back to the starting point.
