This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Pernecker Kogel. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.565 kilometers and an elevation gain of 210 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Ederbild wayside cross, located 1.9 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, at 2.17 kilometers, you will find another historic wayside cross to admire.

About midway through the hike, at 1.7 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Eiskogel peak. While it is not directly on the trail, it is worth making a short detour to take in the breathtaking views.

Towards the end of the hike, at 2.28 kilometers from the starting point, you will reach the Pernecker Kogel peak, the main highlight of the route. Enjoy the panoramic views from the summit before making your way back.
