This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Oberer Berg. The trail is 3.273 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Wanderparkplatz parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. About 1.64 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Oberer Berg viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Further along the trail, at 1.57 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the peak of Oberer Berg, where you can take in even more breathtaking views. Additionally, there is a bbq area located closer to the start, perfect for a relaxing break or a picnic.

As you make your way back, around 1.58 kilometers from the start, you will pass the ruins of an old castle (ehem. Burg), although it is no longer visible. Before completing the out-and-back route, you will also find Wanderwege information point to guide you on your way.
