This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Oberer Berg, where you can enjoy a pleasant and easy hike with no elevation gain. Before starting your journey, make sure to park your car at the Wanderparkplatz, which is located right at the beginning of the trail.
As you begin your hike, you'll come across an information point called Wanderwege, where you can learn more about the area and the different trails available. Further along the trail, about 1.55 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Oberer Berg viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
If you need to rest or have a picnic, there is a BBQ area located about 57.78 meters from the trail, perfect for a mid-hike break. Additionally, at around 1.55 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the peak of Oberer Berg, where you can take in the stunning scenery.
As you continue on the trail, you'll also come across the remains of an old castle (ehem. Burg), although it is no longer visible. This historical site offers a glimpse into the area's past and adds an interesting element to your hike.
