This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Route de Saint-Ange. The trail is 7.126 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 616 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 11 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across the majestic Château d'Allières, a historic castle located just 0.04 kilometers from the trail. Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.55 kilometers from the start, you will find La Dionne, a notable landmark to explore.
Along the way, you will also encounter various information points such as Allières and Combe du Vent, providing you with insights into the surroundings. Make sure to take a break at the bench located 0.43 kilometers from the start to rest and soak in the scenery.
One of the highlights of the hike is the Cascades de la Pissarde, a stunning waterfall located 0.89 kilometers from the trail. Be sure to take some time to admire this natural wonder.
As you near the end of the trail, at 3.56 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. And at 1.34 kilometers from the start, you will find another waterfall, Chardeyre, to complete your hiking experience.
