Welcome to the hiking route to Grand Joueret! This circular trail offers a 2.689-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 72 meters, making it an easy and enjoyable hike for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts.

Starting your journey, you will find convenient parking areas at the beginning of the trail, as well as a cafe, Auberge St Michel, for any last-minute supplies or a quick snack. Make sure to fill up your water bottles at the drinking water station nearby before heading out.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Motte Castrale de la Bognette, an archaeological site dating back in history, located at around 1.3 kilometers into the hike. Take a moment to explore and immerse yourself in the ancient ruins.

Further along the path, at approximately 1.33 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Grand Joueret, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty. There are information points scattered along the trail, providing insights into the history and geology of the area.

On your way back, don't miss the La Pelouse Pâturée du Grand Joueret and La Motte Castrale du Grand Joueret information points, where you can learn more about the local flora and fauna.
