Welcome to the MacLehose Trail Section 8 in Yuen Long District! This hiking route offers a 2.691-kilometer out-and-back trail that is perfect for beginners, with an elevation gain of 183 meters. The trail is estimated to take around 1 hour and 4 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area and a shelter for hikers to rest. As you continue, you will pass by a water source, a campsite called the Rotary Club Campsite, and a picnic site for a quick break.

Midway through the trail, you will encounter a snacks store and another shelter known as the 'Luk Sin Pavilion'. Further along, you will reach the Twisk Campsite and several information points that provide valuable insights about the surrounding nature.

Towards the end of the trail, you will reach a viewpoint called the Rotary Club Garden Viewing Point, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the area. Additionally, there are barbecue sites and more information points for you to explore.
